Former Housewives of New Jersey has revealed that she knows who called the feds on Teresa Giudice and her then-husband, Joe Giudice.
“I know who did,” she said on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast Mother’s Day edition at NYC’s The Loft. “PS, I was there,” she said.
Teresa and Joe were convicted of fraud in 2015. Teresa served 11 months in prison. She was released in December 2015, while Joe spent three years in prison and was deported to Italy in March 2019. While Teresa was in prison, her mother passed away.
Caroline revealed that she will never reveal who it was.
“It’s not even about being a rat,” she said. “There’s this thing called collateral damage. So, when you say something, who’s going to hurt? Who is this going to hurt by saying this truth? You can believe whatever you like about me. I know I never did — I could never do that. But if blaming me makes you feel better, OK, then your reality. It’s not going to change my day.”
In the past, Teresa accused Caroline of being the one who called the feds. Her saying she was there when the phonecall was made is not much better than making the call herself.
