Cardi B is alleging that Tasha K as been hiding her cash in offshore accounts to avoid paying her the millions she was ordered to by a judge.
Cardi was awarded nearly $4 million settlement even though Tasha K claimed bankruptcy and that she doesn’t have the money to pay Cardi…but attorneys say she has accounts she has not disclosed to the judge.
According to documents reviewed by HipHopDX, an alleged failure to disclose assets from Latasha Kebe can be seen as a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 152, which details the penalties for those who “knowingly and fraudulently conceals from a custodian, trustee, marshal, or other officer of the court charged with the control or custody of property, or, in connection with a case under title 11, from creditors or the United States Trustee, any property belonging to the estate of a debtor.”
Kevin Hart is also suing Tasha K for defamation, alleging she tried to extort him for $250,000 following an interview with his former assistant.
