Cardi B hopped online to address reports circulating online that she’s in debt and is being forced to foreclose on her Atlanta home.
News outlet The Sun reported that the pregnant rapper owes millions of dollars on the home.
“First of all, The Sun is posting rumors that y’all are making up and sending blind items about… that’s why it’s NO DOCUMENTS, just word of mouth,” she wrote. “Everybody gets a loan to buy a house and I never been behind on any of them.. i bought my house in 2021 and put almost 12 million in it now look how much I got left,” she tweeted.
“I’m very responsible with money, my bills come before luxury and I just spent 400 thousand on jewelry this month because I also still know how to BUDGET… stop playin wit me.”
The rapper has a reported net worth of $80 million. In a recent interview with Speedy Mormon, she claimed that she makes a lot of money but also that she has a lot of bills as she supports a lot of family members.
Last week, Cardi shocked her fans by announcing her pregnancy and filed for divorce from husband, Offset.
