Britney Spears has settled her divorce with Sam Asghari.
Asghari filed for divorce from the star in August 2023, citing “irreconcilable differences.” Asghari has moved out and there is reportedly little to no contact between him and his ex wife. According to their prenup, he will not be walking away with half of Britney’s cash due to an ironclad prenup.
“Sam hasn’t really been communicating with Britney since he moved out,” a source said last year. “He is concentrating on himself for now and while he’s open to remaining amicable with Britney, he just needs some space for the time being.”
Speaking to PEOPLE this week, a source confirmed that Asghari did not contend the prenup.
Last month, Britney settled with her father Jamie Spears over legal fees after a two-and-half-year battle following the end of her conservatorship, for an undisclosed sum. Britney was held in a 13-year conservatorship against her will.
