Britney Spears married Sam Asghari last week but her fans were worried that he might take advantage of her.
A source revealed that Britney made Sam sign a prenup before they said “I Do” and that he won’t get a huge payday if their marriage doesn’t last.
“Britney and Sam signed a prenup in her favor,” a source told Page Six. “Any money she made before the wedding is protected.”
Asghari, who is 12 years younger than Britney, joked about getting a prenup. “Of course we’re getting [an] iron-clad prenup to protect my jeep and shoe collection incase [sic] she dumps me one day,” he wrote on Instagram.
Britney’s parents were not invited to the wedding. Her sister Jamie Lynn Spears did not receive an invite. Her sons did not attend either, but a statement from them claims they did not show up because they did not want to take away from her big day.
