Bravo show Shahs of Sunset has been canceled after 9 seasons.
Season nine of Shahs of Sunset featured Mike Shouhed, Reza Farahan, Golnesa Gharachedaghi, Mercedes Javid, Shervin Roohparvar, Destiney Rose, and Nema Vand.
The news of the cancellation comes the same week Mike was arrested on domestic violence charges.
The LAPD confirmed to Page Six that he was arrested for “intimate partner violence with injury,” and that his alleged victim had a “visible injury.”
Shouhed was booked around 1:05 a.m. local time on March 28 and the reality star was charged with corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, which is a felony, per the sheriff’s department and released on $50,000 bond.
His attorney says his client is innocent.
“My own investigation reveals no acts of domestic violence was committed by my client,” said Mike Kessel to PEOPLE. “I have no doubt Mike will be exonerated. Please honor the presumption of innocence.”
