Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville has revealed that she has destroyed her once flawless face after trying to burn a facial parasite.
In a new TikTok video, the reality star, 52, revealed she suffered severe burns on her face after trying to eliminate what she described as a facial parasite she’s been battling since July 2024.

“I know I look attractive,” Glanville joked in the clip, as she showed the raw, irritated skin on the lower half of her face. She added with a touch of sarcasm, “Good news — you don’t have to spend a lot of money on peels and lasers anymore.”
The Big Brother alum went on to explain that she had applied Nair, a hair removal product, to the bottom of her face in an effort to exfoliate and aggravate the parasite, which she has nicknamed “Caroline.”
“Nair is the fountain of youth. I figured it out,” she a. “But Idded overdid it.”
Doctors have been stumped as to what has been causing Brandi’s facial disfigurement, and although they have speculated that a parasite could have caused it, there has been no definitive diagnosis.
