Brandi Glanville has revealed that the mystery illness affecting her face has spread to her right arm, and she now has multiple diagnoses after years of searching for answers.

The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills announced that doctors diagnosed her with highly resistant ESBL Klebsiella and Enterobacter with biofilm, Valley Fever, Demodex dermatitis and mononucleosis.

“I’m finally ready to tell you what I’ve actually been fighting,” Brandi wrote on Instagram, adding that the problem is no longer confined to her face.

“It used to only be here, but over the years that not being diagnosed properly, it has spread,” said Brandi. “Now it goes down my right arm.”

In an emotional video, Brandi showed what she called a “fungal ball” in her face and said she is desperate to have it removed. “It’s hard as a rock,” she said. “I’m so sick [of it] I just want to cut it out of my face.”

Brandi said her treatment plan includes additional procedures and four to six months of daily IV therapy.

“I feel terrible and this is what being sick looks like for me right now,” she wrote, adding that she’s too ill to even work on podcast episodes.

“I want my health back,” she added. “I want to feel like me again.”
