Boosie Badazz and T.I. are still dropping their joint album but Boosie says fans will have to wait a little longer.
“Yeah, I think we’re gonna get it together,” he told DJ Vlad. “We ain’t got back in the studio yet. But I think we’re gonna get it together. We’ve been working on other sh-t right now.”
In February, Boosie scrapped his plans for a joint album with the Atlanta rapper Tip and admitted he incriminated his dead cousin to avoid jail time in a gun case.
A few months ago, TI went on a podcast and playfully explained a time where he avoided going to jail on a gun charge, by blaming his deceased cousin. According to Tip, his cousin would have approved of this but fans called him a snitch, not knowing that Tip was joking.
In an interview with Vlad, Boosie said if T.I.’s comments were true, he would not be completing the joint album as he does not work with “rats.”
