Rapper Boosie Badazz went off on Empire Records in a social media rant. He says they haven’t paid him for his artist, Yung Bleu.
“You wouldn’t play with me like this, bro. Pay me my f-ckin’ money, bro. Y’all forged my f-ckin’ signature, bro. Now you and all parties involved will receive paperwork. If not Monday, then this Tuesday, it’s just this, okay? Now you all hit back. Now. You wanna hit back now? What up, bro?” he said.
Months back, Boosie revealed that he would be taking legal action against the label.
“I gotta take everybody to court. Yung Bleu ain’t really in it. It’s just the people who was behind it. They did some messed up business, and it’s gonna come back to haunt everybody. I was just f-cked over, bro. I don’t really blame Bleu, but I got ’em. This sh-t is crazy,” Boosie said at the time.
He added, “You gotta understand, you got so many people trying to come in…These other labels came in and tried to X me out, and this man signed to me … Sh-t just get crazy when you get to making money, man … I feel like we gonna get through it. I don’t want his money; I want him to have all the money! I want they money!”
