Boosie Badazz apologized to ASAP Rocky after learning the viral photo he criticized may have been Photoshopped and that Rocky was not actually wearing a thong onstage.
“MY BAD ASAP IF THAT PHOTO WAS PHOTOSHOPPED BRO,” Boosie wrote on X Thursday, adding that when he first saw the image, he “couldnt believe” his eyes.

The apology came after Rocky addressed the viral moment during an interview with Jason Lee. Rocky said the item seen during his Don’t Be Dumb tour performance was actually a microphone pack and that an edited image later made it appear to be something else.
“They Photoshopped me, and that shit was crazy,” Rocky said.
Boosie had reacted strongly when the image first circulated, writing, “THIS GOTTA BE AI. I KNOW THIS N—A AINT GOT A THONG ON,” before joking that rappers wearing thongs could become a fashion trend.

Rocky responded, saying, “I created a thong line because they said I was wearing thongs,”
Rocky said the merchandise quickly found buyers.
“We already sold out on the f–king thongs first night!” he said.
He also brushed off Boosie’s original reaction.
“I be laughing. So I can’t get mad when the joke is on me,” Rocky said, adding, “Boosie bugged out for that.”
