A Las Vegas judge has issued a bench warrant for rapper Blueface, even though he’s already behind bars, for violating the terms of his probation.

Clark County District Court Judge Kathleen Delaney initially handed Blueface a suspended sentence of two to five years for a shooting outside a Las Vegas strip club the year prior.

Conditions of the probation mean that the rapper is banned from using alcohol or drugs and that he stays away from the Las Vegas Strip and downtown corridors unless he has a legitimate cause to be there.

The rapper was also ordered to attend impulse control counseling, maintain full-time employment, stick to a curfew, report to parole and probation, and provide access to communication devices and social media apps to the Division of Parole and Probation. Blueface was also told to stay away from the victim.

According to the rapper’s attorney, a cell phone video of the rapper pulling a woman on stage as he told his baby mama, Jaidyn Alexis to “get her.” Jaidyn them allegedly proceeded to rain blows on the woman.

Blueface could be ordered to serve any additional time ordered in prison instead of jail.
