#BlackDoctorsMatter Is Trending On Twitter … Dr Saved Patient’s Life … By Removing ‘Stuck’ Lacefront!!

Media Take Out Staff |

The hashtag #BlackDoctorsMatter is currently trending on Twitter, after an African American doctor sprung into action, and removed a patient’s lacefront wig … which may have saved her life, Media Take Out has learned.

A Young lady came into a North Carolina hospital with stroke like symptoms and needed a MRI immediately. But the young lady was wearing a semi-permanent lacefront wig – with metal pins GLUED down.

The woman wasn’t in condition to remove the wig, and none of the doctors or nurses knew how to remove a lacefront. One doctor at the scene explained, “Neurologist, nurses, everyone freaking out because they didn’t know what to do…”

Then a Black female doctor walked into the room and took charge of the situation. Dr. Barra Madden told her colleagues, “Girl give me some alcohol and let me help you.” She continued, “Rubbed that alcohol on that lace and BOOM wig off. Everyone was so happy, jumping for joy.”

She even posted a picture showing the before and after:

Here’s the doctor explaining the tweet:

A new UCLA study finds that the proportion of physicians who are Black in the U.S. has increased by only 4 percentage points over the past 120 years, and that the share of doctors who are Black men remains unchanged since 1940.

Give all the Black doctors their flowers … who knows when you’ll need one with skills distinctly different from other doctors to step in and help!
