Blac Chyna & Tyga Officially Settle Custody Dispute

Tiffany Brockworth |

Blac Chyna and Tyga have officially agreed to the terms to settle their custody battle 11-year-old son, King.

“Parties have reached agreements on child custody, visitation, and payment of their respective attorney’s fees. In light of these agreements, the parties wish to conclude this matter without further litigation,” the document, filed last week, reads.

“Both parties acknowledge that they have entered into this Stipulation and Order voluntarily and free of any duress or undue influence.”

Tyga wanted full custody and asked the court to give Chyna child visitation rights and that she only be allowed to have King every Friday after school to Sunday at 5 p.m. As for holidays, he asked that their schedule be determined in accordance to “the parties’ mutual agreement.”

Things turned sour between the coparents after Tyga got involved with her then bestfriend, Kim Kardashian’s baby sister, Kylie Jenner when she was just 17. Chyna then got her revenge by having a baby with Kylie’s brother, Rob Kardashian.
