Rapper Big Sean, 34, has been dating his longtime girlfriend Jhene Aiko for the better part of the last decade. Now, according to online reports, which has been viewed by Media Take Out, the couple is finally having their first child together.

And you would think that would mean marriage. But Big Sean isn’t ready yet . . . even after ten years together, we’re told.

Rumors about Jhene being pregnant have been circulating now since the beginning of the year. And the beautiful Jhene has amplified those rumors – by being largely absent from the public eye for months. She did NOT perform at Governor’s Ball (in New York City) concert, nor did she appear at Summer Jam this past weekend.

And now a Los Angeles fan claims to have spotted Jhene, walking around Whole Foods looking very pregnant. Here’s the tweet.

Media Take Out reached out to a person close to Big Sean, who could neither confirm or deny Jhene’s pregnancy. But Sean’s friend did tell us that he’s not ready to marry Jhene, even if she’s pregnant.

The friend told us, “[Big] Sean isn’t ready to settle down and get married yet. He might get there, but he’s just not there yet.”

Geez, how much longer is Jhene going to give the man . . .

Big Sean began his music career in 2007 and gained popularity in 2010 with his third mixtape Finally Famous Vol. 3: Big. He then signed a recording contract with GOOD Music and Def Jam Recordings and released his debut studio album, Finally Famous in 2011, which included the US top 10 single “Dance (Ass)” (featuring Nicki Minaj). Anderson followed it with his second album, Hall of Fame (2013), while his third album, Dark Sky Paradise (2015), debuted atop the US Billboard 200. It also included the hit singles “I Don’t Fuck with You” (featuring E-40) and “Blessings” (featuring Drake and Kanye West). His fourth album, I Decided (2017), contained “Bounce Back”, his highest-charting US single, while his fifth album Detroit 2 (2020) was his third consecutive platinum album.

Jhene is a singer who embarked on her music career contributing vocals and appearing in several music videos for R&B group B2K. At the time, she was known as B2K member Lil’ Fizz’s “cousin”, though she is not actually related to him. It was used as a marketing tool, suggested by Sony and Epic Records to promote Aiko through the group and cultivate her own following. In 2003, Aiko was set to release her debut album, My Name Is Jhené, through her labels Sony, The Ultimate Group and Epic; however, the album was never released, with Aiko eventually asking to be released from the label in order to continue her education.

In March 2011, Aiko made her return to music with the release of her first full-length project, a mixtape titled Sailing Soul(s). On December 16, 2011, Aiko signed a recording contract with American record producer No I.D.’s record label ARTium, under the aegis of Def Jam Recordings. In 2013, Aiko appeared on Big Sean’s single “Beware” alongside Lil Wayne, which became her first top 40 single on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart. In November 2013, she released her first project for Artium and Def Jam, an extended play (EP), titled Sail Out. The EP was supported by the singles “3:16AM”, “Bed Peace” (featuring Childish Gambino) and “The Worst”, the latter of which went on to become certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

Aiko released her major-label debut album, Souled Out, on September 9, 2014. On September 22, 2017, she released her second studio album Trip.[11] On March 6, 2020, she released her third studio album, Chilombo, which earned Aiko three Grammy Award nominations, including Album of the Year. On February 13, 2022, she performed America the Beautiful before Super Bowl LVI.
