Media take Out learned that today Bey launched her new line of hair care products. And let’s get one thing straight – we’re not going to criticize Bey’s new products. Heck, if they work as they are advertised – they would be a bargain.
But we have to admit, we were a bit taken aback by the prices:

Cécred’s lineup includes shampoo and conditioner, along with multiple items for moisturizing and strenghthening hair. Tapping into a minimalist industrial aesthetic, all packaging is off white and minimalist with bottles and jars topped with full or half spheres. Products ranged in price from $20 for a bottle to mix products up to $52 for the Fermented Rice and Rose Protein Ritual product.
Now onto the ingredients. The ingregdients are top secret, Media Take Out has learned. According to a recent Essence cover story featuring Beyoncé and her mother, Tina Knowles, some products include “a patent-pending bioactive keratin ferment.” In the interview, Beyoncé also points out that the Clarifying Shampoo and Scalp Scrub is silicone-free.
