Beyonce showed off her brand new look on Instagram yesterday, and she looks amazing.
The beautiful 40 year old mother of three, showed off her amazing body, her unquestionable style . . . and her new face. Media Take Out learned that many on social media suspect that like Jada Pinkett Smith, Beyonce had some sort of facial plastic surgery, possibly even a facelift.

Historically Black women have not been particularly interested in getting facelifts, but that’s changing. New surgical research has created specific tactics to make facelifts on Black women appear more “natural.”
An African American facelift procedure must be tailored to the specific characteristics of their aging process, and the anatomic differences and differences in skin type that exist in those of African American decedents.
There are characteristics is the African-American face that requires a different approach during African American Facelift. The skin of most African Americans contains higher melanin content. This increased level of melanin helps to provide increased protection from harmful effects of UVB and UVA sun damage. This genetic characteristic that provides protection from harmful sun damage is also the reason African Americans tend to have a higher elasticity of their skin. What makes this important is that the elasticity will help to prevent fine lines and wrinkles.
While this is an important benefit African Americans have in looking younger, African Americans will show signs of aging usually a decade later than most Caucasians, and mostly in the areas of the neck that begins to droop, and cheek and jawline drooping that forming nasolabial folds (folds between the nose and corner of the mouth) and jowls. African Americans also tend to develop hypertrophic scarring and keloid scars much more frequently, so specific plastic surgery suturing techniques must be employed so scarring is minimal.
