Battle Rapper Tsu Surf Accepts Plea Deal In RICO Case!!

Lyndon Abioye |

Battle rapper Tsu Surf has entered a guilty plea in a RICO case. Surf pleaded guilty to racketeering conspiracy and possessing firearms and ammunition as a convicted felon.

If convicted, he faces a maximum of 20 years in prison and the firearms charge comes with a maximum sentence of 10 years. Each count is also punishable by a fine of up to $250,000.

The cops believe he is a leading member in the Rollin’ 60s Neighborhood Crips gang and that he shot at a rival gang member in 2017 as a convicted felon in possession of two loaded firearms.

“He is in good spirits and preparing to deal with a federal law enforcement matter,” his manager, Qua Bellamy told Fox 5. “He says he’s also making plans to take care of his family and the business associates who depend on him. Qua also says that Tsu does not know the severity of the situation yet, but is preparing for the worst and praying for the best.”
