Bam Margera’s estranged wife, Nicole Boyd is denying allegations that she is preventing the former Jackass star from seeing his son.
Bam told a judge that she will not allow him to spend time with 5-year-old Phoenix. But Nicole says she only has two conditions…that he be in California and that he is sober when visiting his son.
“Mr. Margera continues to claim to be the ‘injured’ party because he isn’t seeing Phoenix — even though he placed himself 3,000 miles away after exposing the child to abuse and drug/alcohol abuse,” her attorney told TMZ.
He also denies Nicole is his legitimate wife.
“To my knowledge, Boyd has never legally changed her name in any state to ‘Nicole Margera.’ Every driver’s license or other form of identification I have seen Boyd possess bears the name ‘Nicole Boyd,'” Bam claimed in court.
A marriage certificate has not been discovered even though she carries his last name.
