Bad Bunny will not apologize for backlash after throwing a fan’s phone.
In the viral video, the Puerto Rican artist is seen walking with his group of crew when an enthusiastic fan approaches him with her phone and records him in selfie mode. He is then seen grabbing her phone and throwing it.
After the video hit the internet, some fans felt the singer went too far and should apologize for his actions…but he says the fan was being disrespectful.
“The person who comes up to me to say hello, to tell me something, or just to meet me, will always receive my attention and respect,” he wrote. “Those who come to put a freaking phone in my face I will consider it for what it is, a disrespect, and I will treat it as is.” He also used the hashtag #SinCojonesMeTiene, which, when translated, means “I don’t give a damn.”
Is he right?
