Tyrone Blackburn, the attorney for DJ Akademiks, has issued a statement after his client, Fauziya Abashe, sued the media personality for r-pe and defamation.
Ak denies all of the allegations and accuses Abashe and Blackburn of trying to shake him down. He claims he has already been cleared by the police.

“I’m confident that justice will prevail and the veil will be removed so no other woman will have to endure what I did,” Abashe told XXL.
Blackburn added, “Litigation is always the last resort. After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve this case privately, Ms Abashe was left with no choice but to file. Mr. Allen’s hubris will be his downfall.”
Ak first spoke about the incident back in December. He says his ex had a three some with two of his friends while he was out of the home. The incident was captured on surveillance camera and has already been viewed by the cops whol cleared him of any wrongdoing.
