Lil Wayne’s daughter and Atlanta socialite, Reginae Carter, was targeted by Atlanta thugs for a home invasion robbery on Monday, Media Take Out has learned. Luckily, she wasn’t home at the time.
Regina told her fans about the attempted break-in on social media on Tuesday.
“Two guys tried to break in my home last night,” she tweeted.
“So Glad I wasn’t there [praying hands emoji] people are sick! This is my sign to get Tf out of here, and to be more private and more to myself about everything.”
Atlanta police and Fulton County DA Fani Willis have issued a warning to local celebrities – to STOP posting about their riches online. The warning was issued after reality TV star Marlo Hampton’s home was targeted by a robbing crew last year.
In Marlo’s case, police arrested four gang members for a string of home invasions that targeted celebrities, such as Mariah Carey, and pro athletes in the Atlanta area.
Authorities suspect the same gang members targeted the DeKalb County home of rapper Gunna, who was in the Fulton County Jail at the time.
