Real Housewives Of Atlanta star Porsha Williams divorce battle is getting more and more messy.
Media Take Out learned that Simon filed NEW documents, which suggest that he wants PORSHA to pay him alimony.
You’ll recall that when Porsha initially filed to divorce Simon, the wealthy African asked the court to enforce the couple’s prenuptial agreement.
But that was BEFORE Porsha resigned on to Bravo’s Real Housewives of Atlanta. Porsha’s new multi-year contract with Bravo, Media Take Out learned, will earn her more than $5 million.
So now Simon is changing is tune, and he want the prenuptial to be CANCELLED – presumably so that he can go after HER assets.
According to Simon’s new court filings, he says that the prenup and marriage were entered in bad faith. The documents asset that Porsha entered marriage with the intent to fraudulently induce the husband for her financial gain. Thus making prenup unenforceable.
He also claims that the prenup is unfair and unconscionable. Porsha having possession of home, receiving equity, and receiving a settlement is unconscionable. Husband is left with no home, while wife has possession of two.
The facts surrounding the marriage as it relates to what was agreed upon in the prenup have shifted. Simons’ team says that the terms of prenup were written with understanding that wife was not working (recall she quit Dish Nation, transitioned out of RHOA, etc.).
If judge finds prenup valid, he then argues wife breached contract. Points to confidentiality, defamation, resulting in ongoing damages.
