Kim Zolciak may be facing some financial struggles. She hasn’t worked for Bravo for the past three years, and her husband Kroy is no longer playing in the National Football League.
Now new documents, obtained by Media Take Out, show that the bank is foreclosing on the couple’s home.
According to a legal notice, Kim and Kroy’s Alpharetta mansion is being put up for sale in just a few weeks. The documents, which Media Take Out reviewed, claim that Kim and Kroy are in default of their second mortgage on the home – which was for $300,000.
The couple purchased the 7,186 sq ft five-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom house – dubbed Zolciak Manor – for $880,000 in 2012 and subsequently went straight to work on gutting it and creating their dream home for their growing family.
They did so by taking a second mortgage to finish the work.
The mansion has lavish inclusions – like a two-storey master closet, eight fireplaces, a sizeable swimming pool and opulent chandeliers which surely upped the budget substantially.
Here are the legal documents, which show that their house is in foreclosure. If anyone wants to bid on the property, all the information that you need is below:
