The Real Housewives of Atlanta drama is continuing to grow, surrounding the new season. Media Take Out confirmed that the new season began filming a few weeks ago, and Porsha has been filming inside the home that se shared with estranged husband Simon Guobadia.

Well the house legally belongs to Simon – and his name is the ONLY one on the deed. Media Take Out learned that Simon sent off a ceast and desist letter to Porsha and to Bravo to stop filming inside his home.

The legal letter, which Media Take Out received, states that Simon is the sole owner of the Atlanta house and as such “does not consent to the release, disclosure or publication of any photograph of the property, nor does he consent to the taping, filming or recording of the property, including any aspects of any activity in or about the property. Failure to comply with the requests herein will result in Mr. Guobadia taking legal action accordingly.”

So far neither Porsha nor Bravo is complying with the request. It’s about to get real serious . . .
