Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore is finding out what it’s like being a wealthy man going through a divorce.
The gorgeous Bravo star and her estranged husband Marc Daly are battling it out in court, and new legal documents suggest her husband Marc is coming for EVERYTHING, Media Take Out confirmed.
Kenya filed for divorce from Marc in May 2021. She listed the date of separation as September 19, 2019.
The RHOA star said they had been living in a “bonafide state of separation since that date.” In her petition, she said the marriage was “irretrievably broken” with no hope for a reconciliation.
Well Marc is asking the court for Kenya to provide his lawyers with a list of all her assets, so that he can work out a division of assets, and also alimony, and possibly child support payments – TO HIM!!
According to legal documents filed earlier this year, Marc claimed Kenya was dragging her feet on providing him with information on her finances.
Marc’s attorney’s claimed that the reality beauty took months to turn over basic documents and even failed to submit a proposed child support worksheet.
Now a new court order filed reveals the parties appeared for a hearing last month. The judge said Kenya admitted to not turning over all the documents, during the hearing, citing “privacy concerns.”
Marc is demanding joint legal custody of the couple’s daughter Brooklyn, who was born in 2018.
He’s also demanding a portion, possibly half, of “Moore Manor”, the home that shared during their marriage. His attorneys are also signaling that they may be looking for alimony and possibly child support payments.
The case is still pending in Georgia with both still legally married to the other.
