Night clubs in Atlanta are typically popping, especially when the latest hip hop song gets played. But over the weekend, one of Atlanta’s most popular club went dead silent, Media Take Out has learned.
It happened when the DJ decided to play one of Gunna’s new tracks.
As Media Take Out reported, last year rapper Gunna accepted a plea deal incriminating his former YSL Records label head, Young Thug, in a wide ranging RICO indictment. The indictment accused YSL of being a gang and Young Thug of being the gang’s leader.
In accepting the plea deal, Gunna was forced to take the witness stand and confess publicly that Young Thugs record label YSL, was indeed a gang.
Since then Atlanta club goers have put Gunna in the no fly zone.
This weekend, a popular Atlanta the club came to a standstill when Gunna’s new music was played.
