Ashley Byrom is accusing Angela Oakley of manufacturing an affair rumor involving her husband, George Byrom, and Shamea Morton, then wrongly claiming she had been “vindicated.”
The neighbors’ feud grew after Angela defended her actions on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and said she had hired a private investigator. Ashley quickly rejected Angela’s version of events on Instagram.
“Girl… you still ain’t vindicated,” Ashley wrote. “Be careful joking around Angela chile… it’s a worn testimony at this point.”
Ashley also shared a screenshot from her Ring doorbell camera that she said showed Angela visiting her home on Halloween before filming began.
“Hearing vindicated when I have Ring footage of her coming to my house on Halloween night before filming to see how I’d respond to this foolishness,” she wrote. “Them edits make y’all forget about real life.”

Ashley previously accused Angela of contacting her to search for information about Shamea, then making George part of an alleged affair story despite receiving “absolutely nothing but a neutral response.”
Angela has denied inventing the rumor and accused Ashley and George of using the controversy for attention.
“We know clout chasers when we see them now,” Angela wrote. “Won’t get me again.”
She also defended hiring an investigator, saying she was only asking questions and had not brought the couple into the public dispute.
