Arraignment Delayed AGAIN For Tupac Shakur Murder Suspect Keefe D!!

The arraignment for Duane “Keffe D” Davis was delayed for a second time yesterday as the former Bad Boy associate has not secured an attorney to represent him during his trial.

Davis was indicted by a Clark County grand jury on one count of open murder with use of a deadly weapon with a gang enhancement last month.

Keefe D was charged with the Category A felony of “murder with the use of a deadly weapon with the intent to promote, further or assist a criminal gang.”

During the grand jury return hearing, Chief Deputy District Attorney Marc DiGiacomo said Davis’ public statements implicated him. They are claiming he ordered the shooting of the late rapper.

Earlier this month, his arraignment was postposed after his attorney failed to show up.

“He needs two weeks he said to be here,” Keefe D told Judge Tierra Jones.

“Today was the scheduled arraignment but he can’t be arraigned until he has a lawyer. Mr. Davis announced that he has retained a lawyer,” Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson said following the court appearance. “Mr. Faal couldn’t be here today so Mr. Davis asked for a two-week continuance.”
