Apollo Nida has no problem with ex-wife Phaedra Parks moving on with Chris “CT” Tamburello, as long as their sons are treated well.
Apollo told TMZ that he is “happy” for Phaedra and supportive of her new relationship with “The Challenge” veteran.
As for another man becoming part of Phaedra’s life, Apollo said he has “got no worries” as long as CT is good to Phaedra and the two sons she shares with Apollo, Ayden, 16, and Dylan, 13.
Apollo also praised Phaedra as a mother, saying she “has always handled herself appropriately” when it comes to their children. The former spouses have maintained a cordial co-parenting relationship.
And CT apparently did not come out of nowhere for Apollo as he said he noticed a romance “brewing” between Phaedra and CT when they appeared together on Season 2 of Peacock’s The Traitors.
Phaedra finally confirmed the relationship during a recent appearance on Jeff Lewis Live, telling listeners that she and CT are “not platonic.”
Days later, the pair took another public step by making their red carpet debut together at the Creative Arts Emmys.
A source previously said CT “really, really liked her” while filming The Traitors and that he “fell for her.”
Phaedra and Apollo married in 2009 and later divorced after years together.
