There are some very disturbing images circulating around social media, and being shown to members of the media. And if you look at those images, you may be guilty of a federal offense, Media Take Out confirmed.
The videos and still images being circulated purportedly show pop superstar Justin Bieber and Diddy engaged in some type of graphic interaction.
There’s a few problems with the video. First, it’s not clear that the young man in the video is Justin or whether the older man in the is Diddy – according to people who have seen the video.
Second, and more problematic. The video and images – which Media Take Out has refused to accept or view – appears to show a graphic interaction between a grown man and a possibly underage boy, people who viewed the video have told us.
Media Take Out learned that at least one person has been offering images of the video to members of the media. And word is that those same images are now making their way on social media.
We have a warning to anyone who is thinking about viewing those images or video – DON’T!!
Images of child p******aphy are not protected under First Amendment rights, and are illegal contraband under federal law. Additionally, the age of consent for activity in a given state is irrelevant; any depiction of a minor under 18 years of age engaging in explicit conduct is illegal.
And there’s more. The legal definition of ***ually explicit conduct does not require that an image depict a child engaging in ***ual activity. If the image suggests such activity, that is enough to be guilty of a federal crime.
And the penalties for viewing such images is harsh. A first time offender convicted under 18 U.S.C. § 2252, faces fines and a statutory minimum of 5 years to 20 years in prison.
Remember y’all, the feds are watching … don’t do anything you may regret.
