Comedian Andy Dick was reportedly arrested on Wednesday at 9 a.m. on suspicion of felony sexual battery.
According to the police report, a man accused Dick of sexually assaulting him at the O’Neill Regional Park in Trabuco Canyon.
The alleged victim was taken to the hospital to be examined. The comedian’s arrest was captured on Captain Content’s RV livestream on YouTube.
His bail had been set at $25,000, and his next court appearance is set for Friday.
In 2918, Dick was accused of groping a male ride-share driver in West Hollywood in 2018. He was charged the year after with misdemeanor sexual battery.
Last year, he was arrested in L.A. on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon in June;. He was arrested again in November after allegedly attacking his boyfriend with a liquor bottle.
Dick has pleaded not guilty, and the case is set for trial, said his attorney in that matter, Daniel Kapelovitz.
