Andy Cohen Says Upcoming ‘RHOP’ Reunion Is “The Best Reunion”

Lyndon Abioye |

Andy Cohen says the upcoming Real Housewives of Potomac season 9 will be full of drama even though the Grand Dame missed the filming after checking herself into rehab weeks prior.

Karen was convicted on DUI charges on December 18.

“Karen made the important decision to enter a private recovery program, so was unable to attend the reunion taping today,” her manager Ryan Tresdale said on the day of the reunion filming. “We stand behind Karen as she embarks on this meaningful journey.”

On SiriusXM’s Radio Andy, Cohen said it’s the “best reunion” for the reality series, “either ever or since the reunion where Monique brought the binder.”

Karen has not been sentenced to jail following her conviction, but producers, cast members, and viewers are all waiting to see if the Grand Dame will have to serve time.

Karen was there but not there, but was there. There was some movement in the Karen camp. I don’t want to give anything away. But it was great,” he added.

Karen is set to be sentenced on January 29.
