Andy Cohen is revealing a moment from the Real Housewives of Potomac reunion that viewers never got to see.
During a recent episode of Andy Cohen Live, the Bravo host shared that a short exchange with Karen Huger was edited out of the final broadcast. According to Cohen, the moment helped explain why the Grand Dame sounded different while speaking on stage.
“I’m kind of bummed they didn’t leave it in,” Cohen said. “Because she was talking funny.”
He explained that he asked Karen about it during the taping.
“I said, ‘Karen, did you get new teeth?’” Cohen recalled. “She said, ‘I knew you were going to point that out, Andy.’”
Cohen said the two laughed about it at the time, but he believes the explanation would have helped viewers understand the change in her voice.
Karen’s appearance at the reunion came shortly after she was released from jail following a DUI conviction. The reality star began a two-year sentence in September 2025 and was released earlier this year after serving several months.
During the reunion, Karen also discussed her sobriety and recovery.
“I’m in recovery for life,” she said. “I’m at peace.”
She stopped short of labeling herself an alcoholic but said she is committed to living sober moving forward.
