Andy Cohen denied reports that he was the reason BravoCon was canceled.
BravoCon is taking a hiatus in 2024 and instead of the mega event will be rolling out a series of events in 2024 “for Bravoholics to get up close and personal with their favorite Bravo stars and celebrate their passionate fandom.”
“I read over the weekend that In Touch is blaming me for BravoCon getting canceled,” Andy told listeners on his SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live show. “I mean, who did I piss off at In Touch? They’re really on me. This is the most I’ve thought about In Touch in a very long time.”
BravoCon will be returning next year.
“I think this decision [to pause the conference] was made long ago because [with] the availabilities for the location that we wanted to be … it would have been that we would have had to have it in, I think, September of this year or something like that. It felt way too soon. So I’m glad.”
“Last year after BravoCon, I remember, and I don’t choose when BravoCon is, but I remember saying to the powers that be at Bravo, I hope we’re skipping a year,” he revealed.
