According to a new report, Andrew Tate was allegedly arrested following a police raid on his home in Romania.
Romanian media is reporting that the Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism raided Andrew and his brother Tristan’s home on the morning of December 29 and the brothers have reportedly been taken into custody.
A video of the arrest has been circulation on Twitter. The clip appears to show the controversial podcaster being led out of the villa in police custody.
This is not Andrew’s first brush with the law. In April of 2022, he faced allegations of human trafficking in Romania.
“[Police] turned up, they investigated, they realized nobody was in the house against their will, there was no crime committed,” he said, later adding, “we had to go to the police station for 45 minutes for pieces of paper, we filled them in and we were let go.”
