Andrew Tate Hit With Child P*rnography Charges… Facing Extradition to the UK!

Lyndon Abioye |

Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate spent the weekend behind bars as their attorney accused authorities of targeting the controversial red pill brothers for their political activity.

The pair were arrested in Miami on Saturday after British prosecutors announced new allegations of r*pe, sexual assault and arranging or facilitating sex trafficking. Their attorney, Joe McBride, said they are being held in solitary confinement ahead of an expected federal court appearance.

“Two innocent men, charged with nothing in America, dressed like enemy combatants,” McBride said in a statement Sunday.

The attorney claimed the arrests followed a visit to the U.S. Capitol, where the brothers allegedly met with friends and members of Congress. He called them “political prisoners,” though neither brother has been charged over political speech or their Capitol visit.

The U.K. Crown Prosecution Service said the latest charging decisions followed additional evidence from Bedfordshire Police and said that the case now involves seven alleged victims.

Andrew faces further allegations including seven counts of rape, three counts related to trafficking for sexual exploitation and three counts of assault causing bodily harm. He is also accused of offenses involving indecent images of a child and extreme p*rnography.

Tristan faces additional counts of r*pe, sexual assault and arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation.

The brothers are expected to begin proceedings that could result in their extradition to the United Kingdom. Both brothers have denied the allegations against them.

McBride urged supporters to speak out before the pair’s court appearance.

“This is un-American and unconscionable,” he said. “Today it is Andrew and Tristan.”
