Adrien Broner says he is ready to take Ryan Garcia’s belt.
The 36-year-old boxer issued a direct challenge to the WBC welterweight champion on social media, telling Garcia that a fight between them would bring more attention and money than his other potential matchups.
“I want to fight you. We can fight next,” Broner said. “I know you’re getting nice fights, but you ain’t going to get as much money as you will fighting me.”
“Fight me. I’ll take your belt,” he continued. “Do he got a belt? Whatever he got, I’ll take it.”
The former four-division champion also aimed at Garcia’s past knockout loss.

“When you were going through your s–t, you was calling me, and I was answering every time,” he added. “So, don’t be on no fake s–t now.”
Broner also claimed Garcia had the money and influence to support him but chose not to.
“If you felt that way about me, you would have came and picked me up,” he went on. “You had the money, right?”
Broner has not fought since defeating Blair Cobbs by unanimous decision in June 2025. Garcia has yet to accept or reject the proposed title fight publicly.
