Adrien Broner has been sued by a woman who alleges the four-division boxing champion sexually assaulted her and later made comments suggesting they had been intimate.
In court documents obtained by TMZ, Havana Saint says Broner invited her and friends to an after-party on June 2, 2026. After drinking heavily, she says she could not drive and accepted an invitation to stay overnight.
Saint alleges Broner pressured her to perform sexual acts, exposed himself, and grabbed her hand. She says she repeatedly told him “no” and said she was “not interested in men and stated that she preferred women.”
When Saint returned June 3, she claims Broner was angry that nothing sexual had happened. She alleges he tried to pull her upstairs despite her refusal. Saint acknowledges laughing during parts of the encounter, but says she did so to hide fear and discomfort.
Five days later, Saint says she encountered Broner at another livestream residence in Los Angeles County. She claims he pulled her from the property and urged her to go to his Encino home, where she says she again declined his advances.
Saint says Broner poured ice water on her the next morning during a livestream. She also alleges he made online remarks suggesting they had sex. Saint insists they never did.
She is suing Broner for sexual battery and assault, and suing him and Nurideen Shabazz for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Kick is named on a negligence claim.
