“Fast and Furious” star Vin Diesel has been sued by his former assistant, who is accusing him of sexual battery.
The woman, Asta Jonasson alleges Diesel forced himself onto her in a hotel suite in Atlanta in 2010. She said after he forced her onto his bed and when she tried to get away he groped her breasts and kissed her chest. She says the actor then tried to pull her underwear down and she ran to the bathroom screaming.
Jonasson says he forced her to touch his erect penis and began to masturbate himself, as she closed her eyes, wishing it would be over and that he fired her just hours after the alleged attack.
“It was clear to her that she was being fired because she was no longer useful — Vin Diesel had used her to fulfill his sexual desires and she had resisted his sexual assaults,” the suit alleges.
She is suing Diesel and his company for creating a hostile work environment, negligent supervision and wrongful termination, among her other claims.
