The woman who has accused Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears of child sex abuse has asked the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office to arrest them immediately.
In a letter obtained by PEOPLE, the Jane Doe, asked George Gascón to “immediately arrest and prosecute” the comedians “for the sexual assault and molestation of my brother and me.”
The woman, who is now 22, and her brother, who was 7 at the time of the gross comedic skit, says they were forced to perform sexually explicit acts in the sketch about pedophilia.
The comedians have been sued for intentional infliction of emotional distress, gross negligence, sexual battery, sexual harassment and sexual abuse of a minor.
Haddish is also sued for negligence supervision/failure to warn, breach of fiduciary duty and constructive fraud.
“This matter’s breadth and complexity require your jurisdictional powers and resources to tackle and end the stream [of] depravity committed by Haddish and Spears. My brother and I are prepared to speak with investigators and prosecutors from your office and provide you with irrefutable evidence that substantiates our allegations,” Jane Doe wrote to the D.A.
Haddish and Spears deny the allegation but the sketch has been circulating the internet.
