Aaron Hall Tracked Down at Motel Before Judge Ruled Against Him!

Aaron Hall has been hit with a default judgment after failing to respond to a sexual assault lawsuit filed by Liza Gardner.

Gardner alleges Hall and Sean Combs sexually assaulted her in 1990 after an event connected to MCA Records. According to the lawsuit, Gardner was 16 years old at the time.

Court records show Gardner’s attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, spent more than a year attempting to locate Hall to serve him with legal papers.

The search reportedly included newspaper notices, private investigators, and repeated attempts at several addresses. Hall was finally located on February 2 at an Extended Stay America in Alpharetta, Georgia.

According to court filings, Hall refused to take the documents when a process server approached him.

“I ain’t doing that,” Hall allegedly said before trying to shut the door. “He then shut the door, leaving the papers inside the room at his feet,” the server stated.

The server then left the papers at Hall’s feet, completing the service. Hall did not file a response within the required 21-day period and did not appear in court. On April 1, a federal judge granted Gardner’s request for a default judgment.

The ruling means the court has already found in Gardner’s favor because Hall did not participate in the case. A separate hearing will now determine how much Hall may owe in damages.
