50 Cent mocked Diddy’s reported prison fight and alleged stay in solitary confinement while performing in Las Vegas over the weekend.
The rapper paused his set at LIV Beach to thank the crowd before turning the moment into a joke about his longtime rival.
“You could’ve been anywhere, you picked being here. Thank you,” 50 Cent said. “You coulda been in Fort Dix with Puffy in the box.”
“The box” is commonly used as slang for solitary confinement.
50 Cent trolled Diddy, seemingly reacting to recent reports he was sent to solitary confinement after a fight in prison.

The jab came after reports claimed Diddy was involved in an altercation with another inmate at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. Sources alleged the incident began after the prisoner insulted Diddy and escalated into pushing and punching before guards intervened.
Prison officials have not publicly confirmed the details or said whether Diddy was moved into a Special Housing Unit. Diddy is serving a 50-month federal sentence after being convicted in 2025 on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was acquitted of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges.
His projected release date is February 23, 2028, though disciplinary action in prison can result in the loss of privileges or changes to an inmate’s custody status.
