An old clip of 50 Cent saying that he’d rather be charged with homicide than be hit with RICO charges has resurfaced.
“I don’t like RICO,” he said in the clip where he talked about Tekashi 6ix9ine being hit with RICO charges. “I don’t like conspiracy. Give me homicide right now,” he continued. “I’ll take a homicide right now… Those [RICO] laws were designed for you not to escape them.”
6ix9ine managed to get out of jail after he snitched on his entire crew. Many suspect that he’s still cooperating with the feds.
Last week, Young Thug and Gunna were arrested on RICO charges.
The charges in the grand jury indictment against the 28 members and associates of Young Slime Life, also known as “YSL,” include conspiring to violate the RICO Act, murder, armed robbery and participation in criminal street gang activity.
Thug is facing 500 years in prison of convicted of all charges, Gunna is facing just 150 years if he’s convicted of all his charges.
