Since Sean “Diddy” Combs’ arrest, 50 Cent has been going hard at the jailed mogul, even selling a documentary to Netflix about Diddy’s alleged crimes.
In a recent interview with PEOPLE, 50 defended his actions, saying that he has been consistent in his stance about Diddy for more than a decade.
“Look, it seems like I’m doing some extremely outrageous things, but I haven’t. It’s really me just saying what I’ve been saying for 10 years,” said 50.
He continued, “Now it’s becoming more full-facing in the news with the Puffy stuff, but away from that, I’m like, ‘Yo, it’s just my perspective because I stayed away from that stuff the entire time, because this is not my style.'”
This summer, Diddy was hit with racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. He is fighting several lawsuits from behind bars, and despite pleading his innocence, very few of his celebrity pals have spoken out to defend him.
Diddy trial kicks off in May 2025.
