When 50 Cent beefs with a person, it’s forever, and the rapper hopped on Instagram to troll his rival Irv Gotti, who recently suffered a stroke.
In a statement to TMZ, a rep for Gotti admitted that the 54-year-old record executive “has been struggling with diabetes for years, which caused him to have a minor stroke over six months ago.”
The news was first revealed by hip-hop manager, Wack 100.
The rep added that Gotti has not “changed his diet to eating more healthy” and has “been successful in making a full recovery.”
The rep also denied reports that the exec was in rehab.
“Irv is not in a rehab facility. He is at home with his family, enjoying life,” they said.
50 Cent shared a picture of Gotti walking with a walking stick.
“Damn homie, in high school you was the man homie, WTF happened to you?” he captioned the post. “I want Irv to get well,” he continued, adding, “so he can have to watch my next wave.”
