Keefe D, the man accused of the murder of late rapper 2pac Shakur, says his cancer has returned because of the processed food he’s been forced to eat in jail.
“I got cancer. I been in jail eating processed food. I had colon cancer… they serve all this processed food, they don’t serve no fruit, it’s terrible. Fake potatoes, fake milk. Fake everything. It ain’t good for an ex-cancer patient. I got it again,” he said during his bail hearing.

He claims that during a visit to the hospital on May 5, he had to have emergency surgery and he received a referral to his cancer doctor. “I’m in a life situation and I will do anything to save my life.”
Wack 100 recently put the money up for his $750,000 bond but a judge had not signed off on the bond, saying she will first investigate the payment to make sure that Keefe is not profiting from his situation.
The court did not believe Wack 100’s reasons for trying to get him out of jail.
