Drake and rapper 21 Savage have the biggest selling hip hop album of the past year. But there’s one song on the album that’s causing controversy, Media Take Out has learned.

In their hit song Circo Loco, Drake suggested that Meg Thee Stallion was lying about getting shot by Tory Lanez. As Media Take Out reported, Tory was convicted of shooting Meg, and faces top to 20 years in prison for it.

When asked about the Drake verse on song “Circo Loco” that seemingly accused Megan of lying about being shot by singer Tory Lanez, 21 explained that he didn’t feel a diss was “intentional.”

“Remember when I said I was telling him to not hold back, people tried to twist that to make it seem like I was talking about that situation,” he said. “That bar was more of, like, a joke bar than him trying to say something about her. But I don’t really like speaking on people’s situations because life be real.”

Assuming it was a joke – it wasn’t funny ….

Among the world’s best-selling music artists, with over 170 million records sold, Drake is ranked as the highest-certified digital singles artist in the United States by the RIAA. He has won four Grammy Awards, six American Music Awards, a record 34 Billboard Music Awards, two Brit Awards, and three Juno Awards. Drake has achieved 11 number-one hits on the Billboard Hot 100 and holds further Hot 100 records; he has the most top 10 singles (67), most charted songs (293), the most simultaneously charted songs in one week (27), the most Hot 100 debuts in one week (22), and the most continuous time on the Hot 100 (431 weeks). He additionally has the most number-one singles on the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay, Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, Hot Rap Songs, and Rhythmic Airplay charts.
