21 Savage says that he heard Drake’s disses on Her Loss and encouraged the rapper to continue.
“When he sent me the songs, I’m pointing out what I heard and I tell him like, ‘Yeah, n-gga. Talk that sh-t,'” 21 told DJ Akademiks. “You know I’m gassing him. I’m behind him. Whatever he standing on, I’m standing on it, too. So say what you feel, n-gga, ’cause I’m riding.”
He’s not the only rapper who has defended Drake.
After Drake was roasted online for allegedly dissing Megan Thee Stallion on his album, Her Loss, Lil Yachty stepped in to save his friend, claiming he didn’t diss her at all.
“I know he’s not going to address it, because I know Drake,” said Yachty, who has a writing credit on the song. “It’s not about Megan it’s about women lying about their butt shots saying it’s real when it’s fake.”
Drake also fired shots at Kanye West.
