Former One Direction star Liam Payne reportedly had several drugs in the system at the time of his shock death… including pink cocaine.
The 31-year-old British pop singer died last week after falling from a third-floor hotel room balcony in Buenos Aires.
A toxicology report revealed that he not only had pink cocaine in his system, which is usually a combination of MDMA, ketamine and methamphetamine but also benzodiazepines and crack cocaine.
Payne’s autopsy showed that he had 25 injuries “compatible with those produced by a fall from height” and that his cause of death was “polytraumatism, internal and external hemorrhage.”
Payne became a global superstar when he was chosen to be a member of boy band One Direction, that was created on British talent show, X Factor in 2010. Other group members included Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan and Zayn Malik. The band is one of the best-selling boy bands of all time and have sold more than 70 million records worldwide to date.
